Email refunds@getkyndred.com from the address you used at checkout, within 7 days of your purchase. You don't need to explain. We process inside 5 business days, usually same-day.

The one limit

We only decline on clear abuse. The guarantee is for honest evaluators who try it and decide it's not for them, which is almost everyone. Signing up, running through a heavy amount of usage, then asking for the money back on day seven is the one case we'll say no to.

Cancelling

The supporter plan is annual. Cancel any time in one click and it simply stops renewing; you keep access through the year you paid for.
